Returns and exchanges

How do I return?

• Enter your order number (Inc. RD# prefix) and email address in the fields above and click Start
• Follow the instructions and select the items you want to return.
• You will get a confirmation email with the shipping guidelines once the return request is approved.
• If you any problems with the return process or have a question then please email us at customer-service@rebeldemon.com.

What items are returnable?

You returns must arrive back with us no later than 28 days after you have received them.

• We can only refund or exchange items in pristine condition. Items which have been continually worn, washed or marked with makeup, deodorant or perfume when trying on will be refused.
• Unused item must be in its original packaging if possible, complete with bar code tag attached and dispatch sheet enclosed (or copy of).
• If an item has been reduced in price we are unable to offer you any refund or credit.
• Exchange can only be made for a different size of the same product, subject to stock availability. 

Free gifts or promotional items are not returnable!

Are there any charges for return?

• Yes - Unfortunately although we can offer free Shipping on orders we cannot yet fund and offer free returns at this time. Therefore the cost for returning any item(s) must be paid for by the customer.

 **We will not charge this fee for any faulty items you have received and returned to us, please contact us if you have received a fulty item.

How soon will I get my refund?

• Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. 
• If the condition of your returned item(s) is as per our requirements then your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7 working days.
