EUROPEAN CUSTOMERS: We have paused selling into Europe for the moment but hope to be back soon - Subscribe and look out for updates on when European sales recommence.
We see great work done to protect work forces but appreciate you, our customers, also need support and we have temporarily extended our returns / exchange window from 45 to 60 days after receipt of goods.
Finally we fully understand the situation is not perfect for selling products but we want to try and maintain some level of business activity / existence not just for us but our suppliers also.

Yo DuDe are taking every measure possible and following government advise on office workers. That said we are also able to work as a team remotely and will be working from home and using technology to continue communications and business operation. As of the date of this news announcement no members of the Yo DuDe team have any symptoms or in forced self isolation.
The following, though a lengthy message gives our customers important information about our Production, Supply and Shipping partners and the measures they are taking during these difficult times.
Our garment producer advises the following;
GARMENT PRODUCTION - We are taking every step necessary to help stop the spread of COVID-19 while continuing to deliver on our mission to provide you with high quality sustainable garments for your business. For the moment we anticipate no disruption to stock, service or delivery.
Remote working
In line with national government and WHO regulations, all our HQ associates and our Sales Representatives are working from home. Rest assured our teams are energised, equipped and ready to work remotely to meet your needs and we anticipate no impact to our responsiveness and customer service levels.
Warehouse and stock
Our stock levels will not be impacted, and our warehouse remains open and functioning. We are working closely with all our partners to implement specific additional health and safety measures to safeguard the wellbeing of every person involved in our supply chain.

Garment finisher / shipper has advised of the following;
FINISHER / SHIPPER UPDATE - Teams are keeping supply chains flowing in-and-out of facilities and have made the decision to implement remote working for as many of our team as possible.
Following recent guidelines from the sources listed at the end of this article, we have been reviewing and amending risk assessments and implementing the next steps of plans to protect both employees and supply chains, from goods coming in to goods shipping to customers.
The first steps implemented are distancing employees where possible. The office team are now spaced further apart or working from home, and the communal areas have been rearranged to force social distancing during lunch breaks etc.
Remote working cannot and will not cause detriment to the quality of support we will offer. Whilst working from home our team will still be available during office hours to offer the same levels of customer service used to, and new policies will be put in place to make sure of this. Support systems are web based, and so the only difference in remote working is the employee’s location, so there is no reason why the same support levels you need won’t be maintained.
