FAQ's

We currently use two forms of graphic reproduction;

1. DTG - (Direct to Garment) This is the process of printing directly on to the fabric the design shown. This means a design does not suffer from fold or permanent crease marks (Such as some Vinyl can) and offers a lasting high quality reproduction visual effect.

2. Embroidery - This is the process of cotton stitching a design on to the garment.

In clothing, heather  / heathered refers to interwoven yarns of mixed colors producing flecks of an alternate color. It is typically used to mix multiple shades of grey or grey with another color to produce a muted shade (e.g., heather grey), but any two colors can be mixed, including bright colors.

GSM, also known as grams per square metre is the metric measurement of fabric weight, the higher the GSM number, the denser the fabric will be. For example, Rebel Demon cotton t-shirts from 180 GSM (Adult) and 155 GSM (Kids), so the material is a little thicker than standard t-shirts and of a high quality / soft feel. 

On high demand products we may need to produce as orders come in. This means your garment has been prepared and printed within 1 - 2 days of shipping and still have a slight odour of the ink / dyes used to produce it.  This is normal and will clear after taking garment(s) out of packaging.

All products are in stock ready for order / dispatch unless stated otherwise.  

If a particular size or product isn't available, we give you the option to enter your email address and we'll contact you when it's available again. Please note we'll only email you for this reason and your email won't be used for any other marketing purposes unless you specifically give us permission.

If you have a similar garment at home that is a good fit, why not try measuring this across the chest / bust line and its length. Compare this against our product sizing information to get a good idea of a garments expected fit.

Yes, we can deliver to your work address or a friend/neighbour instead. Please note all UK orders and most international orders will require a signature, so please bear this in mind when stating a delivery address.

No, you can purchase without an account but you will be given the option to create one when you checkout (Purely optional). If you do create an account you will be able to save your delivery address, view your past orders and save time when ordering in the future.

Firstly, navigate to your product(s) of choice, and select the size, colour, etc. you want. Click the 'ADD TO CART' button which automatically adds the item to your shopping cart. You can see the number of items in your bag indicated by the CART icon at the top right of the page. Once you've added all the items you want to buy;

Option 1 - Direct checkout

You can go directly to the checkout (skipping the bag page) using the CHECKOUT icon top right of screen. Check all the items are correct, and if necessary amend any quantities. Input any order notes in the box provided and click on 'CHECKOUT' button to proceed. You'll then be given payment options.

Option 2 - Normal checkout

Click on the CART icon to take you to your shopping bag. Check all the items are correct, and if necessary amend any quantities and input any order notes in the box provided. Once you're happy, click 'PAY BY CARD' to proceed to payment using a credit/debit card or alternatively select ApplePay button if you'd prefer to pay using this method.

You can pay for your order using all major credit cards, debit cards and PayPal.

We also accept Apple Pay letting you check out with address and payment information stored in your Apple accounts for a faster checkout experience.

All prices displayed are in British Pounds (GBP) by default and will be charged in British Pounds (GBP) at the checkout.

If you'd like to see costs in Euro, please select from the currency list dropdown found at the top each of the page.

Please note that the alternate currency prices shown are just estimates and may differ slightly from the actual rate charged by your credit/debit card provider.

If you checkout using Safari on iOS 10 or MacOS Sierra, you'll see a button with the Apple Pay logo. To pay using Apple Pay, click the button to see your billing & delivery information and order summary. To finalise the purchase, simply follow the on-screen prompts to authenticate using fingerprint Touch ID.

Once you've ordered, you'll be directed to an order confirmation page containing your order number. You'll also receive a confirmation email from customer-service@rebeldemon.com with your order summary of items purchased, your order total and the billing / shipping delivery address.

Please double-check everything is correct and contact us as soon as possible if anything's wrong. Once our warehouse team have processed your order, you'll receive a second email to let you know your order has been dispatched and to provide you with a tracking number.

We try our best to process and dispatch orders as quickly as possible, therefore any changes will need to be on a case by case basis depending on whether the order has been processed.

However, please do Contact Us as soon as possible (Quoting your order number) to request a change, and we'll do our very best to accommodate you.

Yes, however, please let us know as soon as possible. As long as your order hasn’t been processed, we’ll stop the order and refund you. If however the order has already been processed, please accept the item and then return it via our  Returns & Exchanges policy, found under our Help menu.

*** UPDATE: Due to the current situation with regards COVID-19, deliveries could taking a little longer in some areas approx. 6 - 7 days. ***

UK orders will be delivered via Royal Mail or DPD (Depending on order size) within 3-5* working days (Monday - Friday) from the time of order. (*In busy times this could be up to 6 working days but we work hard to ensure we stay within our promised 3 - 5 days commitment - We don't like to keep our customers waiting). 

For international orders, we have different delivery times depending on how far the parcel has to go. You can find our estimated delivery times in our Shipping & Delivery policy page under our HELP menu.

Yes, all UK orders and most international orders will require a signature.

If you anticipate not being available to sign for your order delivery, you can have us deliver to your work address or a friend / neighbour instead.

For UK orders, Royal Mail or DPD (Depending on order size) will be in touch to rearrange delivery for the next working day or collection from a local pickup point.

For international orders, the courier will leave a card telling you how to re-arrange the delivery or where to collect your order from.

You can check the progress of your order using the tracking link sent to you via email once your item has been dispatched.

You can find out more about our delivery time frames in our Shipping & Delivery policy. If your delivery is more than 6 days overdue do Contact us. (Please detail your order number when contacting us) and we will find out whats happened and resolve.

If you are not happy with your purchase for any reason. We offer a no hassle return policy.

To process returns, please visit our Returns & Exchanges page under HELP menu and follow the instructions.

For further details on how to return the item from outside the UK, please see our Returns & Exchanges policy page under HELP menu.

We sincerely hope this does not happen, however in the event you do receive a faulty or incorrect item, please return it using the usual methods outlined in our Returns & Exchanges policy under HELP menu. We'll either send you a corrected item in return or provide a full refund.

As long as the item(s) are returned as per our Returns Exchange processes (Please see our Returns & Exchanges policy page under HELP menu), we’ll refund your account as soon as the item(s) arrives back with us. When the return is processed you'll receive an email confirming your refund.

Please note it can take up to 7 working days from receipt of the email from us for your bank account to be credited.

If you haven't received your refund into your account within 14 days, please Contact us and we will resolve.

Yes, we want you to be happy with your purchase so an exchange can be made for a different size of the same product, subject to stock availability. Please see our Returns & Exchanges policy page under HELP menu.

If you live in the UK, you're eligible for a FREE exchange which also includes free shipping to you. Please note however that you'll need to cover the cost of returning the exchanged item if it's still not correct.

If you live outside of the UK, you're eligible for an exchange however you'll need to cover the cost of sending the item back to us so we can exchange it. We'll then send you the new size free of charge.
