RETURNS / EXCHANGES:
The 'Shipping' cost for returns / exchanges is FREE to our **UK customers only.
** Shipping costs for none UK based returns / exchanges must be paid for by the customer. See below HOW TO SEND 'INTERNATIONAL' RETURNS OR EXCHANGES.
IMPORTANT NOTE REGARDS WATCH PURCHASES:
Please do not remove the protective watch face film or plastic winder stop unless you are keeping the product - We cannot accept returns if these have been removed.
HOW TO SEND 'UK ONLY' BASED RETURNS OR EXCHANGES
Return your order to our processing depot free for a refund or exchange within 45 days of receiving goods using 1 of over 7000 CollectPlus drop off points UK wide.
- Click here (UK based customers only) to process a FREE return or exchange and follow the instructions. To use this service you will require access to a printer to print your returns label and be based in the UK.

- Take the unused item in its original packaging if possible, complete with bar code tag attached and dispatch sheet enclosed (or copy of) to your local CollectPlus store (See www.collectplus.co.uk/store-locator to locate in your area).

Once goods have arrived back to us and verified as in acceptable condition we’ll confirm the refund by email - it may take up to 7 working days from acceptance of your return for your bank account to be credited. Do Contact Us if you have not had your refund within 14 days, quoting your original order number reference.
- If you wish to exchange for another size of the same garment please include a note making it clear what size you would like - you are eligible for one exchange per purchase and we will send this to you free of charge once we have received your original order back.

We can only accept refund or exchange items in pristine condition. Items which have been worn (Other than trying on), washed, marked with makeup / deodorant / perfume when trying on will be refused.
- If an item has been reduced in price (Sale item) we are unable to offer you any credit/refund unless faulty.

Exchange can only be made for a different size of the same product, subject to stock availability.
- If you are unable to print a returns label to use our free service or choose to return items via your own chosen method you must ensure appropriate and adequate carrier costs have been paid by you otherwise returns will be rejected. Send returns using the Returns address detailed at the bottom of this page.
HOW TO SEND 'INTERNATIONAL' RETURNS OR EXCHANGES
Return your order to our processing depot using your chosen carrier and at your cost for an exchange or refund within 28 days of receiving goods.
